Sound Baths

Sound baths are therapeutic experiences where participants immerse themselves in the sounds produced by gongs and other instruments. During a session, a practitioner plays the instruments in a rhythmic and meditative manner, creating a rich tapestry of harmonious vibrations. The practice is believed to have various benefits for mental, emotional, and physical well-being, fostering a deep sense of tranquility and mindfulness.

Our sessions last between 45 – 60 minutes

Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the current moment, without judgment. It involves cultivating awareness of one's thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. Through techniques like focused breathing or meditation, mindfulness promotes mental clarity, reduces stress, and enhances overall well-being.

Our sessions last between 30 – 60 minutes

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as tapping, is a therapeutic technique that involves gently tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a particular issue or emotion. Rooted in principles of acupuncture and psychology, EFT aims to address emotional and physical distress by restoring the balance of energy in the body's meridian system. Practitioners tap with their fingertips on points such as the top of the head, eyebrow or under the nose. EFT is used to alleviate stress, anxiety, and negative emotions, promoting a sense of emotional freedom and well-being.
